SCG began construction on San José’s first downtown high-rise condominium project on August 1, 2005, and construction was completed in August 2007. The 22–story high rise was built behind the historic Hotel DeAnza and is within walking distance of the HP Pavilion and San Pedro Square. The 330 – unit Condo project offers units ranging from 550 to 2700 square feet.
