Don Woolley
Don Woolley is one of Spring Capital Group's co-founders and managing partners. With a savvy history of over 25 years in investing and managing real estate developments and closely-held operating companies, Don's sphere of knowledge is immensely valuable to the Spring Capital Group team. His investment portfolio includes apartments, condominiums, single-family residential developments, raw land for development, retail centers, restaurants, industrial warehouses and commercial office buildings. Don's investments in existing companies include restaurants, venture debt lenders and wood products. With an entrepreneurial approach to business, Don has been on both sides of the development table.
Receiving a BS in Accounting from the University of Oregon and working earlier in his career as a CPA adds great talent to the Spring Capital Group team in estimating, assessing value of investments and accountability of financial performance. Don's well rounded and unique expertise in overall business adds a tremendous amount of value and resources.
Tom Connor
Tom Connor is a co-founder and managing partner for Spring Capital Group. He has over 30 years of experience investing in real estate and development projects and he has been intimately involved from ground up with most of them. Tom's real estate portfolio spans across many states, many project types and exceeds many financial benchmarks. He is a visionary when it comes to investing in and managing real estate ventures. Today, Tom is still directly involved in all aspects of Spring Capital Group's projects from design through construction and sales. Tom's versatile career in real estate and business started in 1976, when he began acquiring hotel properties throughout Oregon, Arizona, California and New Mexico. Today many of these properties have been bought and sold again and are currently strong sustaining performers.
Tom has also served as investor and Chief Operating Executive of several investment companies. Tom's experience owning and operating a major roof tile manufacturer from the ground up gained significant market share throughout the Southwest. The company was sold in 1990 to an international corporation seeking to consolidate market share. Other ventures have included majority ownership and operating control of breweries, car wash companies, franchise restaurants and fitness clubs.
