Thomas C. Connor | Partner
Tom is a Founder of Spring Capital Group. He has a diverse background in creating and developing successful businesses and real estate. With over 40 years of experience, Tom’s career in real estate and business started in 1976, when he began acquiring hotel properties throughout Oregon, Arizona, California and New Mexico. He is directly involved in all aspects of Spring Capital Group’s projects from design, through construction, management, and sales.

David D. Connor | Partner
David is a Founder of Spring Capital Group. He provides implementation and close supervision of the integral operations, most specifically oversight of hotels and brewery restaurants held by the Spring Capital Group Hospitality division. David has served as President of San Mateo County Convention and Visitors Bureau and the San Mateo County Hotel and Restaurant Association. Prior to SCG, he pioneered and chaired Radisson Hotels International (SMART) Strategic Marketing Advertising Regional Teams in the Western Region.

Donald W. Woolley | Partner
Don is a Founder of Spring Capital Group. He is President of Eagle’s View Management Company, Inc., his family’s timber management and investment company which he joined in 1984. Prior to joining EVM he was an accountant at Coopers & Lybrand, a big 8 accounting firm. He graduated from University of Oregon with a Bachelor of Science in Accounting.

Tony J. Westerberg | Partner
Tony is a partner at the firm. He has spent the past 32 years at Spring Capital Group as a Principal. Prior to joining SCG, he spent 9 years on the debt side of the Banking and Financial Services industries originating and underwriting commercial credits for domestic and international institutions. Tony studied Finance and Psychology at Oregon State University.

Tom Connor Jr. is a Partner at the firm. He joined Spring Capital Group in June of 2002. Tom has a keen understanding of the real estate industry with over 20 years of hands-on experience involving urban high rise condominiums, historical warehouse conversion, and land and resort development. Tom received a BS in Sociology from the University of Oregon in 2002, while competing on the varsity golf team.

William J. Bernards | Partner
Bill is a Partner at the firm. He joined Spring Capital Group in February of 2000 as a project manager overseeing residential and commercial development projects on the west coast. Bill’s prior employment was with a boutique real estate investment / development group in Portland, OR from 1994 to 1999. Bill received his BA in History from Columbia University in 1994.

George A. Morris | Counsel
George has spent the last 20 years as general counsel to Spring Capital Group. His experience in private law practice includes specializing in real property transactions, real estate development, business organizations, timber transactions, logging and forest practices. He received a BS in Mathematics from Oregon State University in 1974, A Juris Doctor, Traynor Society, University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law 1977, and has been a Member of the Oregon State Bar since 1977.
