Sweetwater, LLC purchased a 20-acre site on the northeast corner of Sweetwater Springs Boulevard and Jamacha Boulevard in Spring Valley, California from CALTRANS. The Company re-zoned the property and processed the related maps for detached single-family residential use. We went to market in 2016.
